Tonight we talked about loving God not because it's what we're supposed to do but because we really want to know Him. We talked about reading the Bible and praying because we really want to talk to God. Here are the questions that we ended the night with. I'd love to hear what everyone has to say about it.
Do you remember the first time you "got it?" When you first realized you loved God with your heart, mind, and soul?

I remember very clearly the first time i "got it". I had already been saved twice before, but hey! thrid times the charm right? haha, we were at m-fuge, and i went up front and crumbled into a million pieces, and have never had a stronger relationship with my Holy Father than when i was able to go up in front of all the people there and speak directly to him.

The first time i got it was in vacation bible school. It was the ocean odyssey one a few years ago, actually a long time ago. Pastor came to speak to us during our music time and something just smacked me in the face like a fish no pun intended lol. It was like wow there is a God out there who loves and cares for me who will always be there for me no matter what happens. -Lucas
